Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Previous experience as a server in the restaurant industry is required
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Process payments using POS system or cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
