Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Owner-Operators and Independent Drivers operating a variety of equipment types, including:
- Dry Vans
- Refrigerated (Reefer) Units
- Flatbeds
- Oversized / Heavy Haul Equipment
- Cargo Vans / Sprinters
- Box Trucks
- Truck & Trailer Combinations
- Courier / Small Vehicle Operators
This role is ideal for drivers who want flexibility, consistent freight opportunities, and the backing of a trusted logistics partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively regarding load status, delays, or issues
- Ensure proper handling and securement of cargo based on equipment type
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and safety regulations
- Manage pickup and delivery documentation (BOLs, PODs, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with shippers and receivers

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL required where applicable)
- Active MC/DOT authority (for owner-operators, if required)
- Appropriate insurance coverage (cargo & liability)
- Reliable equipment in good operating condition
- Experience with your specific equipment type preferred
- Ability to meet delivery schedules and maintain professionalism
