Overnight Dispatcher - Frac Sand Operations
Rowdy Resources is seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher - Frac Sand Operations to join our team in Flint, TX. This position is responsible for coordinating frac sand deliveries, supporting drivers, communicating with customers, and helping ensure efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, solve problems quickly, and stay organized in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Flint, TX 75762 (On-site)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off
- Shift: Night Shift - 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the shift
- Coordinate customer deliveries and monitor load progress
- Maintain communication between drivers, customers, and operations personnel
- Assist with resolving delivery issues and unexpected challenges
- Monitor truck utilization and help maintain efficient operations
- Enter and maintain accurate dispatch information
- Ensure delivery paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using computers and electronic communication systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to work independently during overnight hours
Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, trucking, or oilfield services is preferred but not required.
