Under the direction of the Executive team, the Vice President (VP) of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for driving the hospital’s strategic vision, fostering growth, enhancing service excellence, and strengthening community engagement. This position oversees a dynamic team, and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to align initiatives with the hospital’s mission to provide exceptional pediatric care. The Vice President will champion innovative strategies to expand services, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the hospital remains the leader in pediatric healthcare.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Work Experience:
Seven years business development, sales, marketing, and/or planning experience. Healthcare experience required.
Education and Training:
Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or similar required.
Skills:

Knowledge of the local, regional and national health care environment.

Knowledge of healthcare analytics.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation and group facilitation).

Excellent listening and negotiation skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
