Responsible for providing accurate, timely information to VIP guests about casino and hotel policies, services, amenities, ensuring optimum guest service and satisfaction.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent experience. Previous casino experience preferred or guest relations background.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality required. Must be a self-starter, motivated, versatile, and responsible.
