Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift, train team members, and set a positive, service-oriented tone for the store. Operational Oversight: Take charge of all store operations during your shift, including cash and inventory control, and ensure procedures and policies are followed.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle customer relations to ensure satisfaction. Product Quality: Prepare pizzas and other products according to brand standards and portioning guidelines. Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment, from the customer-facing areas to the back-of-house. Deliveries: Deliver orders to customers safely, courteously, and professionally.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, collect payments, and follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
