We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Reddit Account Manager who understands Reddit culture, community engagement, and organic content strategy.
Position Overview
The Reddit Account Manager will be responsible for managing Reddit accounts, researching relevant communities, posting content, tracking engagement, and helping create strategies that grow visibility while staying compliant with Reddit rules and individual subreddit guidelines.
This role is ideal for someone who is internet-savvy, organized, creative, and understands how to communicate naturally on Reddit without sounding overly promotional or spammy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple Reddit accounts professionally and responsibly
- Research relevant subreddits, communities, trends, and posting opportunities
- Create, schedule, and post engaging Reddit content
- Write natural-sounding comments, captions, and community posts
- Track post performance, engagement, traffic, and account growth
- Follow Reddit platform rules and subreddit-specific guidelines
- Help develop organic traffic strategies for different brands or creators
- Identify new opportunities for audience growth and community engagement
- Report daily or weekly activity, results, and recommendations
- Coordinate with the team on content calendars and campaign goals
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Reddit, subreddit culture, karma, posting rules, and community behavior
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to write naturally and adapt tone based on the subreddit or audience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts or campaigns
- Comfortable doing research and documenting findings
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, online communities, or digital traffic generation
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing Reddit accounts or social media accounts
- Experience with organic traffic growth, influencer marketing, or community management
- Familiarity with tracking links, spreadsheets, analytics, or reporting tools
- Experience working with creators, agencies, or digital brands
- Understanding of content strategy and audience psychology

Schedule
Flexible schedule available. Some weekend or evening posting may be needed depending on campaign timing and audience activity.
