The team at Sky Belle Media is looking for a talented Creative Specialist who is experienced in photography, videography, and drone operation. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. Additionally, they will be passionate and understand that producing high-quality content starts with a love for the craft. A Creative Specialist will be able to spearhead new initiatives and manage existing employees and processes.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Capture stunning real estate photography and videography that aligns with our high-end brand.
- Recreate creative video concepts efficiently while adding your unique touch.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Adapt quickly to changing project needs, feedback, and scheduling adjustments.
- Spearhead new creative initiatives while maintaining a high standard for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with our team to continually improve and refine our creative approach.

- You are a passionate creative with refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills.

BONUS POINTS
- You have a valid Part 107 drone pilot certification.
- Real estate industry, marketing/sales, client directing, and/or business/operations experience.
- You’re comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.
- Proficiency with DSLR camera systems and lenses.
- Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography.
WORK HOURS & EARNING POTENTIAL
- Pay will be $23-25/hr (based on experience).
- Working hours will be 40 per week.
- The standard work schedule will be primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend or evening availability as needed.
- Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects.
- Mileage on travel for work will be reimbursed at the standard rate.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
- Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time

- Do you have experience using a 3-Axis Gimbal for video stabilization? If so, how many years and what is your comfort level?
- Do you have your Part 107 FAA Drone Certification? If not, are you willing to acquire it within your first month?
- Are you available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00A to 6:00P without any scheduling conflicts? Are you available to work weekends as needed?
- Do you currently live within 15 miles of Houston, TX?
- Are you comfortable commuting every day for the role and do you have reliable transportation that you can always use for the job?
