About the Role:
As a CBRE Marketing Analyst (aka Marketing Specialist, Property Marketing), you will be responsible for performing basic marketing research and assisting int the creation of property marketing campaigns and deliverables. You will be collaborating with designers and sales support professionals to produce high quality marketing deliverables.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do:
Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, learn about their property marketing needs and preferences, and support their listing and marketing efforts.
Assist sales teams in determining appropriate marketing strategies for their listings and help connect them with relevant property marketing resources.
Contribute marketing ideas, concepts, and solutions for executing creative initiatives.
Support with messaging, light copywriting, branding, and marketing idea generation.
Help manage the creation of marketing collateral for commercial real estate listings, including brochures, eblasts, websites, signage, offering memorandums, and other materials as needed.
Support projects from initiation to completion, working with the regional Design Team to execute deliverables – assist in maintaining project schedules using the project management platform, help outline creative briefs, research and source content, coordinate with vendors as appropriate, communicate project needs to designers, and check drafts for quality control.
Organize project files and information on Box, ensuring folders are structured and adhere to naming conventions.
Assist in managing outsourced graphic support (e.g., maps, site plans, stack plans).
Ensure adherence to CBRE brand and legal requirements.
Help ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Develop the ability to prioritize tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and learn to communicate timelines effectively with internal resources.
Assist with quality control on projects by reviewing and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Support the crafting of creative messaging, themes, and key differentiators for property marketing efforts.
Attend and actively contribute to kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings.
Work closely with the graphic design team to support client-specific design approaches. Act as a liaison between brokers and designers to help determine appropriate branding and messaging for presentations/proposals.
Make light design edits to existing materials as needed.
Assist in gathering information from brokers, subject matter experts, and other team members across the organization to generate content.
Collaborate with team members and build positive working relationships with sales professionals, stakeholders, and platform partners.
Support additional initiatives as needed.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including working knowledge of InDesign.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $75,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
