Joshua Tree Experts, the leader in outdoor home services, is seeking a Tree Care Crew Leader & Climber to join our safety-first, and fast growing team in Little Rock, AR. We're focused on investing in YOU with paid education and top-tier equipment to get the job done.
Your Role:
- Lead and perform all residential/commercial tree & shrub care.
- Safely operate lifts, loaders, and saws.
- Ensure client satisfaction and job site safety.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.
You Bring:
- 5+ years tree care experience (pruning, removals, climbing).
- Expertise in tree species, diseases, and care.
- ISA Certification is HUGE Bonus
- Proficient with tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders).
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
- Valid DL & clean driving record.
