Home Pro, a Bath Planet Dealer, is growing our bath remodeling division and hiring for our next In-Home Bath Design Consultant training class.
This role is built for a driven professional who wants more than a standard sales job. You will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their bathroom and help them design a solution that fits their home, their needs, and their goals.

The Role
As an In-Home Bath Design Consultant, you will sit down with homeowners at their kitchen table, learn what they want to improve, inspect their current bathroom, present Bath Planet solutions, and guide them through design, pricing, financing, and next steps.
This is a consultative sales position.
You are helping homeowners improve safety, comfort, accessibility, appearance, and long-term home value.
The best Design Consultants are strong communicators, trusted advisors, problem-solvers, and closers.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
- Follow a proven in-home sales and design process
- Help customers select bath and shower remodeling options
- Present Bath Planet products, features, benefits, and design choices
- Explain installation, project scope, pricing, and financing
- Build trust and help homeowners make confident decisions
- Track activity, results, and performance
- Participate in training, coaching, roleplay, and ongoing development
- Represent Home Pro with professionalism, integrity, and accountability
What You Will Not Do
- No cold calling
- No door knocking
- No canvassing for your own leads
- No chasing unqualified prospects
- No sitting behind a desk waiting for something to happen
- Your appointments are provided.
Your responsibility is to prepare, show up, execute the process, serve the customer, and produce results.

Compensation Opportunity
Design Consultants in this role have the opportunity to earn $92,500 to $192,500 annually.
This is a performance-based sales opportunity.
Your income is driven by your ability to learn the system, run strong appointments, help homeowners make confident decisions, and consistently produce results.
There is no cap on earnings.
Average effort produces average outcomes.
Strong execution creates serious opportunity.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes
Willingness to train, roleplay, and be coached
Strong personal drive
Sales experience is helpful, but not required

We are building a limited training class for the next group of Home Pro Bath Design Consultants.
We are not hiring everyone.
We are looking for the right people.
