Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
- Execute both à la carte and banquet service with consistency, precision, and efficiency
- Ensure all dishes meet established presentation, timing, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation at all times
- Uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards with close attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to support smooth service operations

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 40–50 pounds
- Capability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions as required
- Manual dexterity to safely and efficiently handle knives, tools, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, cold, steam, and noise
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stamina to maintain focus, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout service
Salary :
- $70,000 - $90,000.00 annually, commiserate with experience
