George Muller Academy is a classical, Christian hybrid program in Berthoud, Colorado. GMA seeks to train hearts and minds for the glory of God through scholarly curricula, and character education. Our faculty will partner with parents to support them as the primary influence in their child’s life.
GMA Directors passionately advance the mission of the school by creating a learning environment that glorifies God, and pursues the academic and spiritual excellence of students. This position will oversee the Hybrid primary school program two - three days a week (Tues, Wed. & Thurs.).
Responsibilities:
● Plan and deliver appropriate lessons and activities (Multiple Subjects)
● Organize learning material and resources
● Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment for students
● Work closely with teachers, director, and parents to provide a superior learning experience
● Clearly and timely communicate with colleagues and parents.
● Assess teachers’ performance and progress to ensure they are meeting or exceeding requirements
● Keep accurate attendance and grade records for each student
● Develop and maintain student behavioral and discipline policies
● Work collaboratively to achieve the mission of the school
● Make sure teachers and staff are fillowing and complying with teaching standards and safety regulations
● Set an example of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, life-skills, self-motivation and Christ-like behavior
Requirements:

● Ability to lead and instruct students of all ages
Minimum qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree and 3 years teaching experience
Compensation:
● Hourly part-time or contract
● Varies depending on years of experience and degrees or certifications
