We are seeking a friendly, motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our established dental practice in Prescott Valley. Good technical and communication skills with knowledge of dental software, Dentrix. Our team strives to provide world-class dentistry to our patients by getting to know them personally, customizing their treatments, and establishing a trusted relationship together. The ideal candidate would be a team player willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive patient experience.
No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person, starting with basics in sterilization.
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and welcoming them to our practice.
- Set up and breakdown of operatories post treatment.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including implant surgeries, extractions, and fillings.
- Take x-rays as needed.
- Manage infection control both in the operatories and in sterilization.
- Interact with patients to help make them feel welcome and heard, while providing education on their individual dental needs.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedure notes in patient chart.
Qualifications:
- Dental experience a bonus.
- Current x-ray certification or a willingness to obtain it required.
- Good computer skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and people skills preferred.
