Job description
QFRM, Inc. is looking for an outgoing and energetic MANAGER (We are looking for all levels of management) to join our Wendy’s network!
Managers provide the vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers to ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.

Starting wage: Is based on experience and anyone applying for General Manager must have 3 YEARS experience as a GM in fast food, will be discussed in interview. Restaurant managers up to $48,000/yr and shift managers 40 hours start at $16/hour!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous food/customer service experience required (General Manager min of 3 yrs)
- Previous Management experience required
- Flexible availability
- Strong leadership and customer service skills (To teach, coach and develop the team)
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Schedule must be flexible

Pay: Up to $480,000.00 per month
