We’re looking for a special kind of person.
MoistureVue™ is an innovative dry-eye product preparing to enter the market, and we’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, energetic person who loves making things happen.
This is not a traditional administrative job. We’re a small, growing company, which means priorities move quickly and everyone wears multiple hats. One day you may be working on bookkeeping; the next you may be updating our CRM, helping with social media, preparing for a conference, following up with a customer, or figuring out a better way to organize something.
If you thrive in a little bit of chaos, enjoy figuring things out, and don’t need someone to tell you exactly what to do every minute of the day, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Bookkeeping
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, expenses and vendor coordination
- Help track inventory, orders and shipments
- Keep company information and files organized
- Help with general day-to-day operations
Customer Support
· Assist with tracking shipping
· Customer questions and concerns
· Issue returns and refunds
· Respond in a way consistent with our brand – we care about the people we serve
CRM & Sales Support
- Maintain and organize our CRM
- Keep prospect and customer information current
- Track follow-ups and help ensure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks
- Assist with customer, distributor and retailer outreach
- Coordinate samples and shipments
- Help prepare for conferences, meetings and sales opportunities
Social Media & Marketing
- Help manage our social media calendar
- Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Repurpose content and help identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Monitor relevant conversations and help keep MoistureVue visible
- Assist with email marketing and other marketing projects
Startup Support
- Research people, companies, markets and opportunities
- Help coordinate vendors and outside partners
- Jump into projects that need attention
- Identify things that could be done better and help improve them
Who You Are

You are:
- Extremely organized and dependable
- Proactive — you see something that needs to be done and take care of it
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Resourceful and a natural problem solver
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- A strong communicator and good writer
- Comfortable with basic bookkeeping and spreadsheets
- Familiar with CRM systems and social media
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
- Comfortable working independently
- Someone who doesn’t say, “That’s not my job.”
Startup, small business, healthcare, optical, ophthalmology, medical device or consumer health experience is a plus — but attitude, initiative and adaptability matter more.
The Role
- Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Available in person or remote, depending on location
