Position Overview
As a Front Desk Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our families. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple responsibilities.

- Seasonal need: Winter & Spring
- Consistent availability is required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer phone calls and confidently assist parents with questions about programs, lessons, and memberships
- Schedule lessons, cage rentals, and camps accurately
- Process sales transactions and actively promote services and memberships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, pro shop, cages, and restrooms
- Assist with basic pitching machine troubleshooting (training provided)
- Communicate clearly with instructors and management during busy periods
Qualifications (Read Carefully)
- Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable speaking with adults, parents, and coaches in a professional manner
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Confidence discussing pricing, programs, and memberships
- Interest in sports is a plus, but not required
