Position Summary:
As a Banquet Server at The Club at Bella Collina, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service during private events, weddings, corporate functions, and club-hosted banquets. You will be responsible for providing refined, attentive service while maintaining the high standards of the club. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner during banquet functions.
- Set up banquet rooms according to the event order and club standards (tables, linens, glassware, silverware, etc.).
- Efficiently serve plated meals or oversee buffet stations, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Clear tables, reset as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
- Provide exemplary service that reflects the prestige of our private club environment.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or fine dining serving experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
