Blossom Counseling is hiring a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor to support and guide our growing team of LAPCs and graduate-level students. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and holding clinical standards — while still staying connected to direct client care.
If you’re at a stage in your career where you want your experience to matter beyond your own caseload, this role was built for you.
- W2 salaried position
-
$50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
-
Same salary range as fully licensed clinicians, with reduced caseload expectations
-
Benefits include:
-
Unlimited PTO
-
Disability insurance
-
Health & wellness stipend
-
Continuing education stipend
-
Technology stipend
-
Licensure reimbursement
This role prioritizes sustainability and leadership — not volume.
-
17–20 client sessions per week
-
Caseload is intentionally lighter to allow space for:
-
Supervision
-
Consultation
-
Documentation review
-
Clinical leadership responsibilities
We do not overload supervisors with clinical hours.
As a Clinical Supervisor at Blossom, you will:
-
Provide individual and group supervision to:
-
Licensed Associate Professional Counselors (LAPCs)
-
Master’s-level practicum and internship students
-
Support supervisees in:
-
Clinical skill development
-
Ethical decision-making
-
Case conceptualization
-
Professional identity formation
-
Review documentation and provide feedback aligned with best practices
-
Participate in training, onboarding, and ongoing clinician development
-
Serve as a steady, accessible clinical resource for the team
This is a hands-on supervision role, not an administrative-only position.
This role is a strong fit if you:
-
Are fully independently licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
-
Are at least 5 years post-graduation
-
Have experience supervising (or a strong interest in doing so)
-
Enjoy mentoring and teaching clinicians at earlier stages
-
Value structure, ethics, and clear expectations
-
Want a leadership role without stepping away from client work entirely
-
Are interested in long-term growth within a group practice
If you prefer working completely independently or are not interested in supervision, this will not be the right role.
-
Hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth)
-
Predictable expectations and consistent support
-
Administrative and referral support provided
-
Strong internal systems — no chaos, no guesswork
-
Collaborative leadership team that values input and transparency
You are supported so you can support others well.
Our practice supports:
-
Children (ages 5+), teens, and young adults
-
Adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions
-
Couples and families
-
LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals
-
Marginalized and BIPOC communities
-
Seniors navigating aging, grief, and change
Our approach is warm, ethical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
To apply, please submit:
-
A thoughtful cover letter addressing:
-
Your clinical background and areas of strength
-
Your experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
-
Your supervision philosophy and leadership style
-
Why this role fits where you are in your career now
-
Two professional references (ideally supervisors, colleagues, or supervisees)
Applications without both will not be considered.
We offer:
-
Leadership without burnout
-
Structure without rigidity
-
Influence without micromanagement
-
A team that values ethics, growth, and longevity
This is a role for clinicians who want to build something steady, support others meaningfully, and stay connected to the work that matters.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
