Summary:
A Busser/Server Assistant is attentive to guests needs at all times and works closely with the restaurant team to ensure that tables are clean, set and ready, helping to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Duties and Responsibility:

Ensures the dining room looks neat and presentable.

Arrange tables for large parties and prepares for large parties.

Observes seated guests and alerts servers if guests need refills or other assistance.

Checks restrooms at least every hour to be sure they are clean and stocked.

Maintains building exterior by cleaning sidewalks, landscaping and parking lots as requested.

Maintains a safe work area by cleaning up dining room and service aisle spills

Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned

Assist with servers and other team members as requested

Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Must be able to follow directions, work in a fast-paced, high pressure customer responsive environment.

Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers and guests.

Professional conduct at all times

Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift

Minimum lifting, pushing and pulling of 40 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds

Pushing, bending, stooping, walking, upward reaching, manual dexterity, seeing, hearing, verbal communication
