K&D is looking for the best in the industry! Hiring for a full-time position as a Property Manager. Qualified Candidates would have relative experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Additionally, candidates should possess experience and skills within Yardi, Microsoft Office and other technology skills. Leadership is highly valued amongst consideration for the position. Fantastic communication skills, leadership skills, a positive personality, and the ability to multi-task are necessary.

Schedule
Fulltime position: Monday-Friday. Typical hours are 9:00AM - 5:30PM. Weekend coverage as needed, as well as coverage for Resident Events.
Pay Type:
Wages are based on years of experience and site location. Starting at $50,000. Bi-weekly pay.
Must be able to pass our criminal background check & pre-employment drug screen testing.
