Outside Sales Rep – Water Distribution (Commission)
Sam's Water Co. is hiring outside sales reps to sell water and beverage pallets to local grocery and convenience stores. Commission-only, no cap on what you earn, and no experience needed — we train you on the pitch.
What you'll do
- Visit grocery and convenience stores in your territory (Central/South Jersey, the shore)
- Get store owners to order pallets of water
- Build relationships so they keep reordering
That's the whole job. Once you get the sale, we handle everything else — delivery, drops, restocking. You sell, we do the rest.
What we're looking for
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable walking in and talking to a store owner or manager
- Self-motivated — doesn't fold at the first "no"
- No sales experience required
Pay: Commission only, paid weekly, no cap. A motivated rep working 4-5 focused days a week typically clears $1,400–$2,000/week.
Schedule: Flexible, roughly 4-5 days a week, your hours.
