Mortgage Consultant
Location: Fully Remote

Estimated Compensation: $95,000–$150,000+ annually
Commission Split: Up to 90%

Job Summary:
CNA Investment Corp is seeking motivated, honest, and client-focused Mortgage Consultants to join our lending team. This fully remote role focuses on helping clients find financing solutions for residential homes, commercial properties, investment opportunities, business needs, purchases, and refinances.
As a Mortgage Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their goals, explain available loan options, and guide them through the lending process with patience, professionalism, and care. This position is ideal for both seasoned Mortgage Consultants and newer licensed professionals who are looking to grow in the mortgage and real estate finance industry.
CNA Investment Corp welcomes individuals who are friendly, willing to learn, and committed to helping clients make confident financial decisions. Prior experience is preferred but not required. The right candidate will receive support and guidance from leadership with over 26 years of experience in finance and lending.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Loan Guidance
· Communicate with clients to understand their home, business, commercial, or investment financing needs.
· Explain loan options clearly and professionally based on each client’s goals.
· Guide borrowers through the loan process from inquiry to closing.
· Provide honest, patient, and dependable service throughout every transaction.
Loan Products & Financing Solutions
· Assist clients with residential and commercial lending solutions, including hard money loans, Non-QM loans, full documentation loans, bank statement loans, P&L loans, DSCR investment property loans, jumbo loans, bridge loans, multifamily loans, mixed-use property loans, construction loans, fix-and-flip loans, ground-up construction financing, refinancing, and more.
· Help clients identify financing options for homes, businesses, investment properties, and real estate projects.
· Stay informed on loan programs, lender requirements, and available financing solutions.
· Work to match each client with a lending option that fits their needs and long-term goals.
Relationship Building & Business Development
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, referral partners, investors, and business owners.
· Follow up with leads, past clients, and referral sources in a timely and professional manner.
· Represent CNA Investment Corp with integrity, friendliness, and a client-first mindset.
· Support the company’s continued growth through strong communication and trusted relationships.
Collaboration & Internal Support
· Work closely with processors, lenders, and company leadership to support loan progress.
· Communicate updates clearly with clients and internal team members.
· Meet with the President as needed for training, guidance, and performance development.
· Complete assigned tasks in an organized and responsible manner while working remotely.
Qualifications:
· Active California Mortgage Consultant License required.
· Prior Mortgage Consultant experience preferred but not required.
· Open to both seasoned Mortgage Consultants and newer licensed professionals.
· College degree not required.
· Must be honest, patient, friendly, professional, and willing to learn.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
· Interest in real estate, mortgage lending, commercial lending, finance, or business financing.
· Ability to provide clear guidance and personalized service to clients.
