THE ROLE
This is a hands-on experienced HVAC Service Technician position focused on reliable, high-quality execution. Day to day, you will:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with thoroughness and proper documentation
- Read and follow wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Communicate clearly with dispatch on job status and next steps
- Interact professionally with customers
You will also be expected to:
- Identify legitimate issues or risks within a system
- Clearly explain those findings to the customer
- Make straightforward, honest recommendations when needed
This is not a trust-based recommendation role. If you do the work right and communicate clearly, the rest follows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of HVAC experience, residential and light commercial
- EPA Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a methodical approach
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Reliable and consistent in daily execution
- Clear, direct communicator
You don't need to be outgoing. You do need to be precise, steady, and accountable.
