Created by a Florida clinician with 30 years of elite practice experience, our white-labeled virtual screening app clones clinical diagnostic intuition. It allows hygiene teams to identify, educate, and capture high-value clear aligner and sleep apnea cases straight from their routine chairs in under 3 minutes—with zero disruption to their office schedule.
The Market Problem & Our Solution: Private dental practices are facing a severe margin crisis due to corporate dental chains and cheap mail-order aligner clubs. They are stuck on a treadmill trying to survive on low-value fillings and cleanings. We give them an automated software engine that unlocks thousands of dollars in hidden production from the patients already sitting in their chairs.
We are seeking aggressive, connected, boots-on-the-ground B2B sales professionals to deploy our software and counter displays into private clinics across Florida.
The Performance-Based Milestone Compensation Structure: Top-tier sales hunters do not want their earning potential restricted by corporate caps. We offer highly aggressive, front-loaded acquisition payouts funded directly by new account signups: $250.00 Account Acquisition Bonus: Earn a flat $250 cash the exact week a clinic signs up and pays their initial onboarding kit setup fee ($499). Paid out weekly via direct deposit / bank transfer. Lifetime Monthly Recurring Residuals: Starting in Month 2, you receive a permanent 15% recurring monthly commission ($45/month) on the clinic's software subscription fee ($299/month) for the entire active life of that account.
The Math: Onboard just 3 new active dental clinics a week in your territory, and you build a highly predictable, automated income stream of over $4,300 a month in pure recurring residual commissions by month 3.
What We Provide to Help You Close: Personalized, dynamic app demo links built on our custom architecture to pitch live to doctors on your phone or tablet. Laminated "Hygiene Chair Pipeline" double-sided presentation sheets (Side 1: The Doctor ROI Math; Side 2: The 90-Second Hygienist Timeline). Physical "Airway Starter Kits" containing bulk cheek retractors and waiting room display displays to slide across the counter and disrupt the gatekeeper's pattern.
Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of proven success in outside B2B sales, specifically in medical devices, dental labs, pharmaceuticals, or dental software. An active, existing rolodex of private practice dentists, orthodontists, or periodontists in your target Florida territory is highly preferred. The raw persistence needed to bypass front-desk gatekeepers, control the room, and speak peer-to-peer with clinical owners. A 100% self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset. You will manage your own schedule and dominate your territory.
