A Day in the Life:
Spend your days making sure everything is running like clockwork:
Schedule appointments with custodians of records
Digitize documents and enter them into our system
Keep our database spotless with real-time updates
Sort and process mail
Answer calls from clients and custodians with professionalism and care
Create detailed status updates through data entry
Prep records for shipment
Coordinate with other departments to solve issues and keep clients happy
Ensure every order is processed, tracked, and documented accurately
