We are searching for an experienced Carpenter who is proficient in residential carpentry and is a team leader. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and be able to lead the crew to deliver quality results to support our home remodeling business that serves the needs of homeowners and landlords in King and Snohomish Counties. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Experience:
· Cabinet installation
· Countertop install (laminate, tile, granite)
· Demolition
· Drywall installation and repairs
· Finish work
· Floor installation (laminate, wood, tile)
· Framing
· Tile work
· Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair
· Painting (exterior, interior, color matching)
· Remodeling
· Window and door installation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Project Management
· Work individually as carpenter and lead the crew to complete home construction, repair, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
· Provide quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service to clientele of every background without exception.
· Read, interpret, and implement scopes of work, estimates, and proposals.
· Communicate with leadership, office staff, and other carpenters in a professional manner.
· Ensure that the field management system is updated appropriately, accurately, and promptly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work in home construction, remodeling, and/or repair.
- Although not required, it is a plus for a candidate to also have tiling experience.
- Have a thorough knowledge of local building codes.
- Has the ability to operate individual and multi-person hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain quality and efficiency standards with minimal supervision.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in the best interests of the company and the client.
- Provide professional communication and customer service at all times.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with moderate frequency.
- Buildertrend experience is a plus
- Estimating experience is a plus

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
