We are looking for a strong, hands-on manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced, high-volume bar and restaurant environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the floor, and is passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, service standards, and team development.
The right candidate is not only operationally strong, but eager to continue learning and growing within the industry. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, coaches with consistency, and understands how to balance guest experience with execution and urgency.
Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant and bar operations in a high-volume environment

Support, coach, and develop bartenders, servers, barbacks, and support staff

Maintain strong service standards and create exceptional guest experiences

Assist with inventory management, ordering, product organization, and cost controls

Oversee cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-of-house spaces

Help manage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift execution

Ensure cocktails, beer, wine, and food service meet quality and presentation standards

Maintain urgency and accountability on the floor during busy service periods

Work closely with leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and team culture

Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
Qualifications

2+ years previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar required

Bartending experience required

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and hospitality standards

Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented during busy shifts

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in hospitality

Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required (we are open 365 days a year)
