Customer Service Associate
The UPS Store is a small family owned business. We are not UPS. We are located near The Legends in KCK. We are open 8am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday. Beginning in September, we will also be open Sundays.
Our store is a busy, customer-friendly environment.
The Customer Service Associate delivers world-class customer service for:
* Shipping and Packaging
* Printing
* Mailboxes
* And a variety of business services
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to help customers and be part of a team.
Has excellent typing and computer skills, with design experience a plus.
Is a fast learner who wants to learn as much as possible about the business.
You must be able to work some Saturdays and Sundays and be able to either open and/or close, depending on the needs of the business. Flexibility is a requirement for this position.
Please note: candidates must complete the skills test to be considered for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
