We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Property Care & Guest Experience Specialist. If you’re hardworking, take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare vacation rental homes for arriving guests
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Change and restock linens and towels
- Inspect homes for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest readiness
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or property issues
- Help maintain the high standards that homeowners and guests expect from Simply Home
- Ensure every home is welcoming, comfortable, and ready for an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for scheduling, communication, and task management
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Ability to lift, bend, carry supplies, and stay active throughout the workday
- Commitment to quality work and excellent service
Experience
Previous experience in vacation rentals, hotels, residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, customer service, or property care is helpful, but not required.
Many of our best team members started with little or no professional cleaning experience. We hire for reliability, attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail—we can teach the rest.
