- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.
- Repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Maintain swimming pools, landscaping, and exterior areas when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel maintenance standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Assist with room renovations and property improvement projects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized maintenance workshop.
