Schedule
- PRN / As Needed
- Flexible scheduling opportunities available
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and supervision to clients in a safe and structured environment
- Encourage positive behaviors and support clients with daily activities and treatment goals
- Observe, monitor, and document client behaviors and participation
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
- Help create a supportive, respectful, and therapeutic environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Current BLS and First Aid Certification required
- Previous behavioral health, caregiving, CNA, DSP, or direct care experience preferred
