The Role: A Comprehensive Care Model
We believe in a well-rounded, team-first approach. While your primary focus is clinical excellence in the back office, our team cross-trains to support front-desk operations. This ensures our patients experience a seamless, welcoming environment from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
Clinical Excellence (Back Office)
- Specialized Care: Assist with gynecological procedures and support patients through life-changing HRT (including testosterone therapy) and medical weight loss journeys.
- Hands-On Skills: Confidently perform venipuncture, administer injections and medications, and maintain pristine, sterile environments.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate, encourage, and empower patients as they work toward their specific wellness goals.
- Clinical Precision: Maintain meticulous electronic charting, process lab results efficiently, and manage patient inquiries with deep care and empathy.
Patient Experience (Front Office Support)
- The First Impression: Greet our patients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile when coverage is needed.
- Operational Flow: Assist with the check-in/check-out process and coordinate scheduling to keep the day running smoothly.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle patient payments and account updates with precision and confidentiality.
What We Are Looking For
- Active Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA).
- Strong phlebotomy and injection skills.
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Previous experience in women's health, endocrinology, or wellness is a plus, but we are willing to train the right passionate professional!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
