In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and retrieval of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment while meeting productivity goals.Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Accurately scan and track inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Attention to detail regarding inventory placement and handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Shift AvailabilityWe are currently filling positions across all shifts. Applicants must demonstrate schedule flexibility and reliability, as roles are available for:
- First Shift (Days)
- Second Shift (Afternoons/Evenings)
- Third Shift (Overnights)
Pay: $18.25 - $19.25 per hour
