DIRA Partners is growing and we are looking for a highly organized, solution-oriented Project Coordinator to support healthcare consulting projects focused on improving healthcare access and affordability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, coordinating moving pieces, and supporting meaningful client initiatives that improve healthcare systems and outcomes. The Project Coordinator works closely with clients, subject matter experts, and the team to move projects from planning through implementation.

How You Support Us
- Meeting management including calendaring, drafting agendas, recording meeting notes, tracking meeting progress, and aligning participants on next steps
- Conduct research and synthesize information to complete project deliverables, such as emails, memos, one-pagers, talking points, presentations, and more
- Keep a pulse on project progression and prepare project status updates
- Track national, state, and local media and legislation relevant to clients and projects and keep the project team up to date
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key client contacts

Skills & Qualifications You Need
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing stakeholder communication and navigating complex conversations
- Interest in healthcare access, health equity, public policy, and social impact work
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, public policy, or related work
- Familiarity with health policy or healthcare systems
- Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and synthesizing findings for different audiences
