Responsibilities

- Coordinate purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts to maximize sales.
- Supervise cashiering functions such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashier training.
- Support employee orientation processes, interview potential candidates, and participate in recruiting efforts.
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and maintaining organizational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
- Engage in marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and enhance community presence.
- Manage shift schedules to optimize staffing levels aligned with sales patterns and store needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, merchandising, sales management, and retail math.

- Ability to manage budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and handle payroll processes accurately.
