ViprTech is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in reliable, affordable gaming PCs. We’re looking for a dependable and organized Restock Technician to support our Build Team by keeping parts, paperwork, and priority orders moving efficiently throughout production.
This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. You’ll work closely with builders, production managers, Testing, Shipping, and other support staff to make sure each builder has the correct parts and information needed to complete orders on time.

What You’ll Do
As a Restock Technician, you’ll be responsible for supplying builders with parts, coordinating production priorities, distributing work, and helping management keep the Build Team organized and on task.
Key Responsibilities
- Move parts from the warehouse to the build room and distribute them to the appropriate builders
- Restock build stations with the components and supplies needed for daily production
- Coordinate with the Build Team Manager and motherboard station as priority orders move through production
- Help communicate priorities between the Build, Testing, and Shipping departments
- Track the status of orders and builds to help ensure they are completed on time
- Coordinate with other production support staff to divide orders, parts, and daily responsibilities among builders
- Distribute build paperwork and other production documents as needed
- Identify missing parts, incorrect components, or production delays and report them promptly
- Help keep parts, workstations, and production areas organized
- Assist management with keeping builders focused on assigned priorities
- Support other production tasks when needed to keep workflow moving

- Are comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Can safely lift and carry computer components, boxes, and production supplies
- Work well under pressure during high-volume production periods
- Have strong attention to detail and understand the importance of providing builders with the correct parts
- Are willing to learn basic PC components, build stages, and production workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, warehouse operations, material handling, fulfillment, or inventory support
- Familiarity with PC hardware and common computer components
- Experience supporting an assembly, manufacturing, or build team
- Experience coordinating work across multiple departments or employees
This is not a stationary warehouse role. You’ll be expected to stay aware of production priorities, move parts and paperwork where they are needed, communicate across departments, and help keep the Build Team supplied and productive.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM | 40 hours per week
- Occasional holiday or peak-season availability may be required
