As a participating Site Agent Pro, you’ll serve as the on-site host and guide for brand-new construction communities. You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers — answering questions, creating great experiences, and opening doors (literally and professionally).
This program is designed to be one pillar of your business, not your entire identity.

How You Get Paid
Compensation is structured to reward both relationship-building and representation:
- Full commission when you meet and represent the buyer
- Commission bonuses when you assist buyers who already have representation
In other words: your time, professionalism, and influence are valued — even when you’re not “the agent on paper.”

Site Agent Pros do some light social media marketing — and you won’t be left guessing.
