Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility in Jersey City. This is a high-impact leadership role for a DON who understands how to drive quality care, maintain compliance, and build strong nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing operations within the facility

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)

Maintain survey readiness and manage audits/inspections

Collaborate with administration on clinical and operational goals

Monitor quality metrics, infection control, and patient outcomes

Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility (REQUIRED)

Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, survey process, and compliance standards

Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams

Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive team culture
