TTM Counseling & Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking motivated and creative licensed mental health professionals to become part of our dynamic team. At TTM Counseling & Psychotherapy Services, we are dedicated to providing support to individuals facing various challenges, including mental health concerns, substance abuse, HIV, maladaptive behavioral patterns, and psychosocial stressors that impact overall health and well-being.
As a Licensed Professional with us, you will play a crucial role within our interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing services to clients through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and well as with insurance. In this role, you will engage in short-term counseling sessions that address a wide range of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being. These issues may include substance abuse, stress management, grief, family dynamics, and various psychological disorders.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities and skills:
- Proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques and approaches
- Experience with brief solution-based therapies, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving techniques, adaptation theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting short-term counseling sessions for EAP clients. Clients may also transition to their insurance
- Addressing a diverse and complex set of mental health and emotional well-being concerns
- Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to provide effective support and interventions
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LCPC
- A passion for providing exceptional mental health care and support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level

Job details: Contract $50- $60 an hour. Rate is based on licensed clinicians, location, and experience.
Competencies:
· Ability to provide tele-health (telephone/zoom) services on a daily/weekly basis
· Comfortable navigating EHR systems
· Develop rapport and provide therapy interventions
· Appropriate selection of treatment modality to members presenting problems
· Effective communicator of clinical material to clients and clinical staff
· Provides appropriate and timely documentation of clinical encounters in client's charts
· Maintains license
· Provides treatment to adults, adolescents and children
· Provides telephone assessment, counseling, resource information and referrals
Experience:
- Two (2) years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting required.
Education Master’s degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other field related to behavioral health required. National Provider Identifier
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( California, Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia (DC), Texas, Illinois, and open to other areas)
