Shift 1: Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Specific Accountabilities:
- Measure and cut material with a mechanical saw

Ability to identify structural steel and alloy

Read and understand blueprints and/ or drawings
-
Ability to lift and move materials to and from racks to equipment
-
Unloading products received and loading finished products for delivery.

Other assigned work as required
Working Conditions:
- This position requires shop work. When working in the shop, one must exercise caution as this environment presents many naturally occurring and potentially worker-produced hazards. Safety policies must always be adhered to. Appropriate personal protective equipment (i.e., safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and others) must always be worn where required.

Additionally, Saw Operator will be required to read and understand production drawings, blueprints, work orders and other written instructions.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

(2) years experience as a hem saw operator.

Experience with all safe practices, procedures, and overall processes.

Experience with routine maintenance operations.

Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in diverse working environments.

Able to work well under pressure.
