We're seeking a candidate to join us as our Assistant Manager at a popular Minneapolis bar and restaurant! Located in the west metro, this concept specializes in coastal inspired American cuisine, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine selection!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Oversee operations of the restaurant, maintaining a collaborative environment between FOH and BOH staff
- Ensure total guest satisfaction while increasing sales, profits, and brand awareness through excellent execution of operational standards and guidelines.
- Guest coordination services
Assistant Manager Skills + Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Genuine enthusiasm and warmth towards the guest and attitude of Service.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the restaurant and team.
- Has the ability to supervise, coach, develop, lead & motivate employees.
- Can establish, maintain and enforce consistently high standards.
- Is capable of adapting his/her leadership style to a variety of situations and scenarios.
