Order Entry Specialist / CAD Coordinator

Aldora Glass is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist / CAD Coordinator to support our Austell, GA team. This position is responsible for entering customer orders, reviewing blueprints and specifications, creating or modifying CAD drawings, and ensuring projects move smoothly from order entry to production.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
- Create and modify CAD drawings and shop sketches
- Verify dimensions, glass types, hardware, and fabrication requirements
- Communicate with customers, sales, and production teams regarding project details
- Assist with quotes, project takeoffs, and order revisions
Qualifications:
- Experience with order entry, drafting, estimating, or project coordination
- CAD experience required (AutoCAD preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Glass, glazing, shower door, or architectural products experience preferred
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
