Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am (4 Day Work Week)
Pay: Starts at $29/hr (Negotiable; dependent upon experience)*
Job Summary:
Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Industrial production equipment
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Compressors, chillers, and boilers
- Preventative maintenance programs
- PLC troubleshooting
- Equipment repairs and process improvements

- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics
- Welding experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
