We are looking to add a fifth RDA to our dental team. We are a busy, dentist office voted Best Dentist in Petaluma 12 years, which provides a high level of care for our FFS patients. We have a staff of 5 front office, 3+ RDH every day, 4 RDAs and a sterilization assistant. We are looking for someone with good to excellent skills as an RDA, who can be trained in any areas where there hasn't been a lot of experience previously. Excellent communication skills with our patients is very important, as is fitting in well with the existing staff. We offer 401k and Profit Sharing also.
