Position Overview
Our State Farm agency is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role responsible for bringing new customers into the office and helping them secure the right coverage for their needs.
This position offers a stable base salary with strong commission potential in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships and grow the agency’s book of business
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Meet established sales and production goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Professional and dependable
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be willing to obtain insurance license after hire
