Job Summary
High Society Dispo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our New Buffalo team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, organizing, and completing online and curbside cannabis orders while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of orders.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare online cannabis orders accurately and efficiently
- Review orders for accuracy, product availability, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate curbside order fulfillment and customer pickups
- Communicate with customers regarding order substitutions, availability, and questions
- Ensure all orders are completed within established timeframes
- Maintain organization of fulfillment and staging areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Verify customer identification and age requirements according to Michigan cannabis regulations
- Work closely with inventory and retail teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and CRA regulations
- Assist with additional retail and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass all applicable cannabis industry background requirements
