Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of gutters including seamless, sectional, and custom systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, or applying sealants to ensure proper water flow and leak prevention.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist with related exterior construction tasks such as fascia board replacement, trim carpentry, or minor roofing repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation relevant to exterior building work.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, roofing, masonry, and related trades such as drywall finishing or stucco application.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders or scaffolds, and working at heights safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installation issues.
- Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus.
