What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified prospects from our seminar program
- Provide guidance on fixed index annuity solutions
- Conduct retirement income and preservation-focused planning
- Build long-term client relationships and close business efficiently
- Work in a professional, established Naples office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with annuities (fixed/indexed preferred)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- FINRA license (Series 65) a plus
- Strong client-facing and consultative sales skills
- Motivated, ethical, and retirement-focused mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected earnings: $150,000 – $400,000+ per year
