Rapidly growing company in Clearwater, FL looking for a Construction Project Manager!
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project plans being executed, manage relationships with subcontractors and homeowners, and make sure deadlines for projects are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects, making sure plans are followed and deadlines are met.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Hands on construction experience minimum of 2 years.
- 1-2 years experience in construction management or other related fields.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ethical, hardworking and fun to be around!
WORK HOURS:
- Full-time in-office or on-site. Day to day will vary.
- Monday - Friday from 8-4 pm with some weekend availability
- Base Salary + Production Pay (The pay range depends on the production pay.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 - $90,000.00 per year
